I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes that realistic goals, moderation, and support are the keys to achieving a healthier lifestyle. I am passionate about helping clients optimize their health and find balance by incorporating diet, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.
As a busy mom of four, I know the challenges faced by parents and families when trying to make good choices and establish healthy habits. I offer realistic nutrition solutions for the entire family. I feel blessed to be able to use that experience, along with my expertise in nutrition to help others on their journey to health.
In addition to providing individualized counseling to clients, I enjoy teaching nutrition education and cooking classes to children and adults, and writing about all things related to nutrition and health.
In my spare time, I stay busy with my kids’ activities, coaching youth soccer, working out, reading, and sewing.
